I recently set up a Model Tech Super Cub Gen 2 as a tow plane. Wing span is an 81 inch and the power setup is a Magnum XS 120 4 stroke. The flying weight is about 3.5kg. Can anyone tell me what the maximum size glider in weight that I should be able to tow.
Any help would be great.
To date i have 32 tows completed with gliders weighing around 2kg

I have a 80" super cub with a dle-20 up front. I use this for a tug, gliders up to 3m (4kg). Anything bigger and you get dragged around to much.
Willy Monster with a TMM53cc. Glider 4m (9Kg)
Wilga with a TMM106cc. Glider 6m (16kg)
