Is there a way to report scammers on here? I just tried to get scammed for a set of retracts I’m looking for. And a guy that actually has retracts for sale almost got scammed by the same 2 people yesterday for exhaust.

List their names. I would be very curious who you are referring to. I have some deals working at the moment. Hopefully not with anyone you are having issues with.

You must post the user name or we cannot help, also describe what happened so the next person does not get scammed.

Absolutely name them, we may already know of this person and can confirm your fears or if he's a good stand up guy we will know it's a misunderstanding.

I got a pm from a user Jacobban. He said his buddy Jerry had the retracts I need and gave me his email. The guys name is Jerry Smith and said the only way he could receive payment was as a gift because he exceeded some limit on PayPal. Then I asked if he was on rcgroups and he said no but he was on flying giants. I asked his user name and said he couldn’t remember. And also what alerted me was only wanting $100 shipped for a brand new set of retracts that are over $400 new. So I was talking to another guy that seems legit that has the same retracts and I told him about my situation. He said a guy tried scamming him yesterday for a Keleo exhaust. Come to find out Jacobban messages him and said his buddy Jerry had what he needed. That’s when I called him out and he stopped responding.

Can you post a link to the ad or how you found the stuff they are trying to sell

I have emails and text messages from Jerry Smith. I’d be happy to share them. I’ll have to figure out how to post them on here. I also have the pm from Jacobban giving me Jerry’s name and email address.
