Looks like a cool plane! I have been dreaming of a good 50-70cc kit IMAC plane hopefully you can create one of those someday. If i get bored I might pick up a beaver, although its not quite my style of flying, and 12# on a 20cc plane might be difficult to do scale aerobatics with, although it looks like it flies very well doing typical things a beaver might do.

Beaver Prototype #2 flew a number of weeks back. It also made a showing at Toledo, where it captured 3rd place in Military Sport Scale!

Thanks to Andy Gideon, here’s the first video footage of the Army Beaver! Just some relaxed flying around the pattern with a touch & go and a landing at the end.

This is with a DLE-20 that’s still not quite tuned to peak yet. I never went over 60% throttle during the flight, and spent most of it at 40%-50% throttle.
