http://www.fiberglassspecialtiesinc.com They have many for Kits and Plans etc.

Craig there has helped me match up some, Lots for Aerobats etc.

They will have a Few 40% Models listed that will have a wheel pant to suit.
These will require Painting etc to be finished.

I saw JTech but is that $55 each? Seems pricey to me but maybe that is how much they are.

40% wheel pants

Horizon Hobby Wheel Pant Set, 3.1m Sukhoi MM ARF (HAN106013) at $33.49
sand them and paint then you can decide if the installed blind mounted nuts will work or remove to your liking but they are quality fiberglass wheel pants. I have used them on my Dalton as well.
Just my opinion

We offer a fiberglass 40% wheel pant. $50 for the pair.
I just quickly added them to the site. I will update the images later this evening.

Here are a couple images of them on our 42% Hyperlite.

Also here are all of our other wheel pant options as well.

Graphtech RC has some very nice carbon pants. They come ready to mount no painting required unless you want to paint over the carbon.
