Mike,
The length of the servo arm for the Aileron is 1", Elevator 1 1/4", Rudder 1 1/4 ". We used the Air Wild arms.

Still collecting all these parts.....lol.

Thanks Dennis....and also I think I speak for all the JTEC Taylorcraft faithful... where's our new video ?
I hope soon. Between the wind literally blowing and uprooting trees here and the rain flying has been hard to come by.

A good friend of mine Tom Hintz came out and shot some video with his Solo Shot video camera. Tom is the owner of the web site FlyingRC.net. Here is a link to his site.

The Taylor Craft video link is here.
Dennis Shaver's Taylorcraft (4 min 4 sec)

Enjoy!

Thank you Dennis,

Lots of unbuilt Jtec Taylorcraft kits out there... Dennis has already built 2.
I'm sure the third one will be even better. Lol.

They are such cool planes...let's start building and get em' done guys!

Nice pic! I hope to be able to hit the road next summer and visit some area fields and events. If I get this baby done it will be my main flyer.

I have about 15 flights on mine now. 32 lbs wet. I was lucky enough to find one already built but it is worth the time to build it. I have had 3 1/4 scale clipped t-crafts over the years and this is my favorite.

The wind was blowing hard enough the sock was straight out.. Tons of fun, but hard to taxi back in. Good thing I had a great ground crew to help out!
