Cool...that cord you gout is a lot cheaper than the cc cord

Just looks like one thing after another with this plane. Still waiting on my XOAR 24X10 prop and the remaining servos that were on back order.
Have you tried charging that troublesome cell by itself?

Not sure how to do that but I'm sure my charger can do it. I did try charging it at a higher rate to see if I could kick start it.

I have a charge lead with the standard servo plug on it with the outer sheaf removed to expose the male pins. I pulled one of the wires/pin out, plug the black into the ground or black wire on the balance plug, plug the red wire into the the balance plug on the troublesome cell, set your charger for 1s lipo and correct amp amount and charge. You'll have to figure out what which red wire is the troublesome cell. You can use a voltmeter to find it

Thanks for the help superstocktx. Problem solved I hope. I set my Hyperion DUO 3 in balance mode and it took all 5 cells down to the low cell. I then charged it back up with all cells at 4.2. I put a storage charge on both packs and they are all at 3.96. So far it looks good.

I made a little headway today. Got the on-board switch and arming switch installed. I cut a hole in the floorboard to run the "Y" harness from the ESC. I have the servos mounted in each wing panel, control horns epoxied in, and control linkage hooked up. Finished with the wings. The control horns are not in line with the hinge line but Tim at Redwing RC assures me that it will be fine. This is the way they are flying there planes. Personally I've never seen the control horns off-set from the hinge line in all my years. I had to enlarge the slot in the servo panels in the wings as the slots where not cut far enough over for clearance for the servo arms to operate. I tried an Airtronics and Hitec servo and still had the issue so I assume the slots are wrong.

Cool

I'm making some good progress on my Redwing 30cc MXSR electric build.

Let's see some pics of your 30cc MXSR electric build. I received my 24X10 XOAR Beachwood (gas) prop today. One tip has a bad spot where it looks like it got hit so I'll need to sand and seal and re-balance the prop. I had to enlarge the center hole on my Dave Brown 4" spinner back plate just enough to fit over the motor shaft on the E-flite Power 360 . I also had to drill the 4 holes in the back plate for the prop bolts. The 4 prop bolts that come with the Power 360 are going to be a little short and I'm going to need a 4" 10-32 bolt to fasten the spinner to the motor shaft. So it's off to the nut & bolt shop after work today.

Posting a few pics won't hurt anything.

Made a trip to Imperial Fasteners after work today and got a 4" 10-32 bolt for the spinner and 4 longer bolts & washers to hold the prop on. All that is left up front is to cut the spinner a little to fit the XOAR 24X10 prop.

Are you using an independent battery for radio and servo, or BEC?

Got a chance to do a little work on the Slick 540 today. I cut slots in the cowl ring to except the 1/2" square hard wood blocks I epoxied to the fire wall for the cowl screws. I had one of the servo trays pop off just by operating the servos. Not a good sign. I removed both the aileron servo trays and cleaned them up and epoxied them back in. I did a dry fit to get a good look at the plane and see what it looks like.
