Carf or Krill

Im thinking about purchasing a Composite Airframe and wanted to get some oppinions on which is a better plane. The two brands Im considering are CARF and KRILL. The model is the Extra300SC in a 60-70cc class. The CARF is available in Hybrid form consisting of PilotRC builtup wings and stafts and composite fuse. Would really like oppinions. Thanks.

I was in the same boat. I prefer the Krill. Much more scale appearance. I love the 330 so the look was very important to me. Found this pic on another thread.

While CS isn't all that good with Comp-Arf, it's zero with Krill. He's an ornery old fart and you are on your own when you buy a Krill model....

I have had CARF planes in the past and never had an issue with CO. Andy K is a good rep and handles orders very promptly

Airframe

I kind of got that vibe from them. I decided to stay away from Carf and Definitely not dealing with Chief Aircraft for a Krill after the BS I just had to deal with over a damaged PilotRC model. Thanks

Ive never had a composite plane before but hear positive and negative about them. Im considering a 35% Edge 540 from CARF but hesitant about pulling the trigger. Guys with experience with them please chime in. Should I go for it?

Not Krill! I have now seen 2 of them have major structural issues on new planes (one on a maiden on a Spark F3A plane, the other was a fuse crack on an Extra just aft of the wing) with next to zero CS.
