So, doing justice, it was just an AIRFLOW ISSUE!
Covering the carburetor from propeller direct airflow, issue solved! I used an plywood plate, but obviously, using the engine cowl OR an velocity stack, the issue has to go away.

Thanks a lot all the help guys, a new video was made to exemplify the issue.
