I’ll contribute here. I have quite a few single cylinder foam baffles. Note I use little side gussets to support and also bend around the contour of the tapered fins. Baffles extend to just past the center of the cylinder. 73” AJ Laser, 74” EF Edge, 75” 3DHS Edge, and then my 91” SW ARS. No, It' not perfect and lowers the bar in comparison to some of you guys, but hey it works and may give some other guys an idea.

Some baffles, mainly the 200’s ,are set half way up the cylinder and head
Any pros or cons to this vs open to full cylinder and head?
