CARF Extra 330 LX new 120 " version

the new carf has some very unique features. I really like the centralized servo installation
does anyone have some experience with this set-up ?

I don't think anyone outside of CARF Models does yet.. I agree it's very innovative.. Looking forward to seeing it in action..

mine is on order for delivery in 2 months , hope its as good as they say . looking forward to this new design especially when unloading and loading planes into vehicles. the reduction in wing weight by eliminating servos and linkage will make a difference too

You are going to just love it. It is just so agile for a 40%!

This air-frame has now achieved everything I wanted it to do:

IMAC
Low and slow 3D
Aggresive XA
Night flying with lights and smoke:

CARF Extra 330LX 120" night flight. (5 min 31 sec)

Carf LX330 rolling and pop top (0 min 21 sec)

I was watching videos on YouTube last night and ran into a couple of this plane and Wow this dude was wipping it around like a 35%! Sick plane! Ive never seen a 40% knife edge spin hard like that! There are other 40% planes on the market from one of the leading manufactures that Ive seen flown by one of the best pilots ever and didnt see him knife edge spin it when that maneuver is one he does all the time with every other plane he ever flies! Thats telling you something about confidence in the airframe.
