I know there has been some talk about a big contest in the spring to kinda replace the JR Challenge.
Any word on this yet?

I think John from Aerotech is trying to put something together.
If you want to come down for a nice contest to cure your cabin fever, I can reccomend two different contests.
The Amps contest in the Miami area or
The Spring Classic in the Tampa area.

Talked to John at Aerotech the other day and he says that they have secured the Venice site for the contest. The dates are still in question, probably the week before Easter or the week after. The company next door that was giving the Venice site trouble due to flyovers has agreed to be closed the weekend of the contest. That is what I know at this point. Also, start making plans for the 11th Annual Spring Classic to be held on April 21 - 22. It promises to be a great contest again this year.
