Sorry I couldn't make it. I had to send my radio back to Horizon last monday, and still won't have it for another week or so... I noticed something wrong with it as I was setting up the new plane.. oh well.. Still have a few contests yet.

No problem Scott! Your Dad gave me the heads up last week sometime! I'll probably see you in Milford!

Hey John, Thanks for the hard work and putting on a great event. Also thanks to Artie, Bill, Jim and Neil for helping me get the Yak trimed out. Our thanks to the club members that helped to keep things moveing and Ray for the great burgers and dogs. We had a great time and really enjoyed the show.

Thanks Mr. John and those that worked behind the scenes to put this event on, I had a great time. I would like to thank Matt Fortin, as most of you know he was flying Advanced and was kind enough to move up on the spot so I would have someone to fly against since Johnny Bravo chickened out So thanks again Matt. I also need to thank Mr. Steve for hauling my airplane up there, without him I wouldn't have make the contest.

Look forward to seeing everyone in Milford,

Neil

So anyway... Looks like you guys had a Blast! I am looking at all the pictures and reading all the forums and am very sad that I can't fly with you guys anymore :-(

The UAV Test Facility that I work for is moving to DPG Utah and my wife and I are blessed to be able to buy our first house just out side of Salt Lake City! So, if any of ya'll venture on out that way we must get together and do some flying.

I got a couple flights on my 3W Yak for the first time since September the other day here at work... feels good to fly it again, its a little different flying at 5,000feet with a DA of 8,000feet!

Your welcome Neil and thank you for calling for me all weekend. Hopefully I will be able to get a little more time on Big Red between now and Milford, that is if Tank can handle watching my snaps. Should be an action packed season from here on out! Just wish I had my own functioning airplane haha.

Uh Oh,

Is Big Red turning into the village bicycle? I know the feeling if it is, trust me on that one and the season is really coming along well. Seems like it's the most active we have ever been. We are already looking at next years schedule and I'll say this much, it's gonna be a good one

Looks like Pocono (Shawnee) wants to run another one, I am going to try hard to get LVRCS back as I know that's a popular one, we have new ones coming back next year and there is still one more new one coming up that if we get a good turnout they'll be back and of course all the favorites. We also have been "challenged" to a NE/SE region shootout by the SE RD. They wanted to do it this year but that may not be possible. I think it is something we really need to look at and I'm open to ideas of how to pull that off

Chris, we miss having you here as well, come visit whenever you get the chance.

Hey Mr. Bill,

I would love a NE vs. SE....I think that would be very fun. Let me know when they are looking to hold it and I will make sure to be there

Ya me too Neal, but you know that history always repeats itself, the North will most certainly beat the South!!! Then they will just complain about it for the next 200 years!!:6a:

Don't worry guys, we'll let everyone know when it is going to go down.

While we are on the subject I'm going to start a new thread concerning this thing shortly
