What happened with Jim Bourke and his Sbach?

I see that Xtreme Air and Phillip Steinbach are no longer associated, so the planes are now called XtremeAir XA41 and XA42. The last we heard of Jim Bourke's plane it was damaged and it was unsure if it was going to be repaired. There were press releases that said he was starting Extreme Aerosports in 2011 and then nothing. Any news?

You can read what happened over on his blogs at RCgroups. From memory he got the insurance money and bought a Xtreme Decathlon.

He sold what was left of the XA42 and was looking at other airplanes. The buyer took the XA42, repaired it, and is either flying it, or he sold it as well.
