XPS foam from home depot works well, easy to cut with foam cutting nichroom wire and can also be used for random rc projects with which whatever is left over.

WOW that is very awesome, lucky to knew someone, I bet that would cost lot $ if not a friend. would they be any advantages, or dis advantages to also doing the floor? Ive thought about that before. wondered.

I must say that looks really nice. Have you had it in the sun yet without the interior walls in? With how much the outside wall panels buckle from the heat, I don't know how much that foam can move without breaking off.
