Hobbico Twinstar:
I bought this off the club president for 300.00 back in 2015. He had only flown it twice, back then it had 2 blade 8 x 6 props and stock spinners. I found it really squirrely in the air. Knowing enough about propulsion, I changed out the props for 3 blades 9 x 5. this did two things for me. It smoothed out the flight characteristics a bunch. the props were larger so the motor acceleration curve smoothed out and produced less torque roll. the only real change in overall characteristic was I had to let the plane gather another 20 feet in ground speed to accomodate the thrust difference.
