NEW FUN PILOT FIGURES

Hi guys just thought I would let you all know about a new range of fun pilot figures just released, these guys are approx 1/5 scale in size and would fit fine into any .60-.90 size ARF or sport models. I would be very interested to here some feedback and thoughts.

More info here- http://www.jetfx.net on the "Accessories" page.
If you have any requests for new pilot designs and sizes feel free to ask away here or email direct.

Cheers- Marty

Re: NEW FUN PILOT FIGURES

Hey thanks for the feed back guys, glad you like them. So being that these pilots are not "trying" to be scale anyway Iam wondering what do you blokes reckon would be an "ideal" size for many of your aircraft? So far suggestions of 35%, 40% and 46% lead me to think maybe 40%???? would be a good compromize. What do you think...

Typically what you see in R/C pilots are too small. Most 40% pilot figures actually fit a 35% better. If you look at full scale as a reference (I know these are to scale) the Pilot should fill up the canopy. I'd say make a 36-38% size pilot. It would then fit in both 35% and 40% planes

Yeah I have noticed this about some of the larger pilot figures... maybe I should be asking what then would you suggest the "ideal" size be??? considering 'most' 40% figures are more suited to fit 35% etc. That said I do have a 35% pilot at least I think he is 35%? pilot I bought a while back to go into my Byron Pitts and he looks right size wise and the Byron Pitts is 1/3 scale. Maybe this guys height and width etc would be a good scale/size to base our comic pilots on? So do you think approx 1/3 scale is a good size range for the big 3D models.....

P.S. sweetpea love your avatar pic mate, your girl looks like a whole lotta Rosie, built for comfort not for speed
