Help!
EQ6 Turbo chan 8 not working

Hi I have a EQ6 Turbo Purchased second hand,
I have tried setting it up and found I have no signal from port 8 Im getting power but no signal
My question is is the Smarfly faulty or is it a setup issue ?
all other ports work fine.

Over the years I have had a few smart fly boards go belly up. Now days, I split the
airplane down the middle. Two batteries out to two switches into separate receivers
and each receiver operating a single elevator and aileron. one side does throttle and
the other does rudder. completely redundant so if one side has a failure, I still may
limp home on the other side.............no board

Yeah im thinking of a similar setup in my 35% extra but only with 1 14chan rx,
smartfly belongs to a mate just trying to find out if it is faulty or not.
Can't see the point of running 2 rx's myself

Make sure that you didnt plug the connector for channel 8 into the receiver upside down.
Don't ask me how I know.

Send it to Smart-Fly. He will go thru it and check it out. I just sent my EQ6 Turbo to have it looked at. Crashed my PAU Viper last August. Sent my 14 channel reciever to Futaba. Turns out reciever was intermit unbinding. Smart-Fly charged about $20 to check it.
