Darker colors are good - Yellow may not stay clean but, black, red, blue, green, all sound good to me?

I had assumed this was a new IMAC or 3D maneuver.

Think I'll get a grip #3 when you get them back in stock.

So we spent 5 days in San Diego two weeks ago. While it was a pleasant mid to upper 60's in SD, back home here in WA state, it had snowed and temps were in the 30's and low 40's.

I tell you, it didn't suck to walk around Seaworld, Lego Land, Balboa Park and other places in shorts and a t shirt.

Rich got my order today. Very fast shipping and great product! I had asked before how hard the tubing was that was in contact with the prop due to an engine that gives a slight kick back every 300-400 flips. I was concerned if it was too hard it would damage the prop. After getting mine today I can assure you it's soft enough to eliminate prop damage while also not damaging the chicken stick. Thanks!

So nice to get positive feedback from you!...Thank you so much!
I spent the best part of 6 months trying out the vinyl coverings of different hardness (or softness). I tested samples from every manufacturer in the USA. The one I am using seems to be the best trade off of durability vs softness. I have a few Mejzlik props and the trailing edge of the prop, the part that you touch when flipping, is sharp as a knife. I really dont know how anyone can hand flip (with out a glove) one of those props and not get their hand cut. I tested a softer vinyl by holding the prop and holding the Chicken Stick roller and then quickly and forcefully dragging it across the prop. The sharp edge of the prop would cut quite deep into the vinyl. I want the roller (and the entire Chicken Stick) to be very durable and last a long time. I finally decided on the present vinyl. It may seem hard but if you press your fingernail into it you will see it compress...plus in the summer believe it or not when it gets very warm the vinyl will soften up some. Attached is a picture of the ROLLING Chicken Stick used by the gentleman in the Forum post # 46...

https://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/...=202454&page=4

He gave it a real work out. I guess his choke was stuck or something and he flipped the prop about 80 times...very forcefully on a high compression 3W-170. You can see how the vinyl held up but still took the damage....as he states "no damage to the prop". I really believe that you are not going to get any kick backs using this Starting Stick. Bring the prop right up against the compression cycle and when you flip the prop, dont think about the rolling of the Stick, just forcefully flip it thru the compression cycle in a straight line right off the tip of the prop. Your going to get a lot of power into that action...I think the kick back comes when you lack the forcefull flip thru the compression. I use to get kickbacks from my DLE-170 when flipping by hand with a glove and I noticed when I was a little (SCARED) and didnt give it my all, thats when I would feel the monster try to bite me. Let me know after you have used it a while. I would like to know how it goes.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy your new RC Accessory!
Richard

Received mine in the mail today - looks real nice. I've been using a paint roller since this summer and the fuzz is worn out, time to make another one. The RCS appears to be a much better solution. Looking forward to testing it this weekend.

Thanks my friend. Dont get another paint roller, after you use the ROLLING Chicken Stick you wont want to start your engine without it.

Let me know how it goes please.

Thanks again.
