Juice, these won't open with the normal adobe programs that most computers have. what are you trying to do? just look at the files or do you have a cutter to cut vinyl? let me know and I might be able to send you the files in a different format. Rick

Rick, I was only trying to look at them, but was thinking of a cutter in the near future. Don't send them to me in a different format. Since I don't have a cutter, really don't need to see them. But thanks anyway!!!

Rick, THOSE ARE AWESOME!!!!

Thanks again. I think that this is going to be a great thread as long as everyone posts the files and does not try to advertise where to buy graphics. I think the point behind this is that those of us who have our own cutters can now cut what we want without having to buy from somewhere else. I just did a Jim Leroy rudder graphic for a buddy of mine. 8 layers of vinyl on a 4 inch decal! lots of work.

Can I join in? I think this is a cool logo, but maybe I'm biased.

Thomas, if you want to put this on the wings of an edge and make a scheme you'd be the man!

Nice logo but to be cut from vinyl you would have to redesign it a bit. The fades and stuff would have to go unless you are printing and then cutting. Nice logo though...

Ernie
I've had them cut before, I just make the stars orange or something metallic. I leave the fades alone except on the printed stuff.

Two cheaper programs that can open .eps are Corel Paintshop Pro (about $100) and GIMP with Ghostscript (free).

Download and instructions for GIMP here
http://www.werockyourweb.com/install...ndows-and-gimp

Both of these convert to a raster graphics format. The free program Inkscape (google it) will do a good job of converting these to vector format, and will generate an .svg file, which many cutters like.

Ernie, that is awesome, I can see that it would be a pain to weed. I also agree if we can just limit this thread posts to graphic files and not locations on where to buy we will be fine.
so everyone that has files post them and lets swap files and have fun cutting graphics, Rick
