I can see your point about saving revenge for more serious offenses.
But how about taking an ice pick and prying off his finger nails one by one, then smash his finger tips one by one with a 5lb ball peen hammer and then finish it off by making him soak his fingers in a nice big refreshing bowl of rubbing alcohol and then set his hands on fire.

1 piece of garden hose 16" long
1 piece of barb wire 20" long
2 friends as morbid as yourself

step 1.
acquire culprit ...subdue

step 2.
get garden hose, forcefully insert into culprits rectum
(no lube required) leave about 2" exposed (we have to get it outta there)

step 3.
insert barb wire into garden hose until you feel it bottom out in hose, then give it a a short quick push to seat.
*this will help with step4*

step 4.
carefully remove garden hose from culprits rectum, warning--hose may be a
little messy

step 5.

Well you said tools at my disposal.. So how about my DA100 spinning a 28x10 carbon prop at full tilt right in the man basket.. Tip of the prop first of course. Or if that's not good enough how about this shove a soldering iron up his ass then plug it in.. That should be a good show in a matter of minutes..

Sorry about your ordeal. We just had our cars broken into last month. Been in our place for 15 years never one issue. Now every weekend someone's stuff still getting trashed or stolen.. I forsee much more of this and much worse in the up coming years.
