Does anyone have the specs off of the FG Foamy?

I'm thinking of trying my hand at scratch building a BAF version of the FG Foamy. There's a guy in our club that has a CNC router set up now so I'd just need to design it. Of course, I need to get with him to figure out what I would need to do for the part.

Anyways, I'm thinking of something with at least a 60" wingspan and probably around 60" long too. Wings will be 9mm foam with carbon spars. I'm also thinking of doing a lightened 6mm foam frame for the fuse and then gluing 2mm or 3mm sheets of foam to it for the skin. I'm also hoping to keep the weight down to where a 4S 2200 maH pack would fly it.
