Yes, everything on this bird was designed for 2s. The power combo is insane, the x series motor tested better than the equivalent Mortrofly.

I have one from the first batch Twisted Hobbys got with a good hundred flights on it, only thing suffering is props... It's held up great

Is it worth fooling with the landing gear? I just catch them most of the time but will it stand up to grass every now and again? They look so much better with gear.

Yes the gear looks awesome! I fly gearless though, I fly only outdoor so IMO there's not much gained in having LG. If I had an indoor spot I'd be more inclined to try em, and maybe with a small 360 mah lipo.

Any foamy this size is going to be a handful in anything over 15 mph, this bird builds light too, without gear I'm at 5.93oz.
