I have seen at least three different Walbro carb numbers used on that engine since DLE started using Walbro. Unfortunately my list is over 400 miles away and I won’t have access to it until about Thursday of next week. Are you looking to buy a replacement carburetor or are you working on one?

You can buy one from Valley View, Mile High RC, Tower or any company that sells DLE parts. The DLE carbs have been Walbro for several years now.

Early DLEs had EMAS carbs.

You know the last carb I got said Walbro (RCGF engine),but it had the 246A written in ink and not stamp in. It had the same size of thread for both the low and high needles,so they were interchangeable. And it had a longer throttle arm stamp on the shaft. Now the ones that I think are the real McCoy have different size needles and have the number stamp in and have the short arms on the throttle and choke. You and I both know china will stamp any name you want on anything.Just my thoughts on this subject and I haven't even tried the two carbs out that look like copies so they may run fine,I just didn't want any trouble from them so I used what I had on hand and new they work.
