It is an easy job, will take less than 45 minute do the hatch.
Take a look here https://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/...t=82398&page=6
This is the 330sc thread, it shows some ideas how to do it.
Yep, no hatches, I did figure it out. They really need to update the manual...haha

A buddy of mine has asked me to build this plane for him. This is the first time building something this large, but I do have experience with giant scale although to date the biggest plane I've built and flown was a 92" Edge.
I have given the plane a quick once over as it was delevered to me. I had some questions I was hoping those who have built it could answer.
It looks like it doesn't really come with any hardware of any real means. I don't know how I feel about having such large surfaces being managed with clevises for example. I'm more of a fan of the double ball link setup with a turnbuckle rod. I was wondering what size ball links you guys were using? I'm think 3mm would be fine, but not sure if thats just a bit on the small size.
Are 1.5" servo arms good enough? The ones I have use a 2.5mm screw (I think, I haven't double checked). Could anyone tell me if I did use turnbuckles, what kind of length should I get? They are listed as millimeters on all websites.
Some of these items take a while to order and I hate stopping a build once I start while I wait for a 2 dollar part. I try to order everything I'll need and hope for the best. It never really works out that way, but it doesn't hurt to have goals, right?

I've built a couple of SU31's all with DA200's. Can't remember the size of the turnbuckles required, but its easy to measure. 3mm ball links work fine, CARF normally supply 3mm ball links with shoulders that fit nice in the horn on the surfaces.
Fitting canisters is a pain in the butt, on the first one I made custom headers, but the last one I used K&S bendable headers.

Cheers, Richo

Richo,
Do you have part number for the headers you used? Is there a specific drop?

Mine 'should' be on container ship on its way here..
