Finally got to work on the new T-Craft a little this week. Almost ready to start covering. This one will be in the Warren Pietsch colors. Thought I would post a few pictures. Hope some of you are working on a new T-Craft.

Looking forward to seeing it Dennis. This is by far the favorite in my fleet and I love flying it.

Is this the scheme you'll be doing?

Got a little time last week end and painted the wings. Hope the fuselage stripes will be this weekend.

Hi Dennis
I was wondering what you are going to use for Wing Struts on your new T-Craft ? Keep up the good work. Thanks Van |

J-Tec Short Kit T-Craft
Been working on this for about a year off and on. But getting close now. Hope you enjoy the pictures. If I was to do it all over I would build the Fuselage all out of 3/8 balsa and not the 3/8 Bass Wood , I think you would save one or two pounds and it will every bit as strong .
Thanks Van |

Using the struts from a H-9 1/4 scale Cub with some hardware from the H-9 Decathlon. |

The fixtures make it easy to rotate the parts to get the best light reflection to see the surface when painting. Here's a few pictures of the paint. Windows are tinted with clear and a few drops of black mixed in. |
