Use small servos and circle fly!
Also Don’t forget to ground your plane too if it’s over 90 degrees. If cockpit temps get over 110 all bets are off and your plane becomes a North Korean missile aimed at helpless spectators. No Thanks!
Sales over Safety!
I can’t say it enough

Joe told you that?

It is really not important how old servo is. What counts is the current draw. 5955s are rated at 333 oz-in which is the same as newer 7955. I use 5955 because they do the job just fine in 33% aircraft and I have lots of them. They seem to last forever. I built my Su-29 in 2008 and the original 5955s are still going strong.

You can use any servo (new or old) you wish with CB200. Just make sure the stall current is below 4A.

Using 620 oz-in servos in 33% aircraft is nonsense!

As I understand, Joe is now pushing for Nation-wide ban of CB200 at Fun Fly events. Kind of remains me of gun control. Some say, guns are dangerous and should be banned. No, guns aren't dangerous, the stupid people are! CB200 is not dangerous, negligent people like you and Joe who ignore the specs and overloading device are.

"Tell all your friends at Jeti I said hi.."

Absolutely!
Wow your comparison is equally as stupid as your posts..
Since Flying Giants basically buried this thread the group of people that agree
With us will be starting a thread elsewhere. Some place where 100 and 100s of people will see the truth.
Just for the record everyone Ed is supposedly friends with the owner of Jeti and he gets his products directly from Jeti. Atleast that’s the story he told Joe ... So his post might be a little biased..

Most planes are 35% now Ed the 33% stuff was in the 90s. Yes the big Servos do serve a purpose . They are actually amazing... Plane flies completely different with them. Your the expert Ed so you should already know that.

I would love for everyone to post on here if they have ever heard of the cb200 being a medium duty

Uh.... You 'gotta remember that ZB spends some advertising money and is a mod on RCGroups. As such, the management here isn't going to touch him....

I've been watching this show for some time descend into ridiculous ugliness as everyone races to the bottom. Guys, this is pathetic. Start your own thread entitled "CB200's are not suitable for 35% 3D planes", or whatever.

As do others, while I have bona fide issues/concerns about ZB/Esprit's behavior, I have far greater concerns that FG permits and tacitly promotes it. Apparently personal attacks are bad if one is just an ordinary poster, but if one is a mod and advertiser, go right ahead. If ZB doesn't care for the retaliation and/or warnings/concerns about the CB200, then just lock the thread instead of underhandedly hiding it.

It is inexcusable to move/hide/bury this absurd thread. I have lost great respect for the folks who run FG. When money and power drive such behavior, it's often referred to as corruption.

FG - it was a decent forum once. I guess all good things must come to an end.

I suppose nothing is hindering anyone from starting a new thread dealing with Jeti issues.

he's a mod nowhere. as a RCG sponsor he can only moderate his own vender section.
why do you think he get infraction warnings for trolling on Futaba threads ?

this thread has exceeded 38.000 views but now that it's been moved out nobody else (except few fan boys) will come back here to see what ZB pots
I'm quite surprised for this admin decision considering he has spent thousands of dollars on forum banners.

"DGrant;2878339]Wow... it's gettin real now. I hope nobody gets physically hurt by these malfunctions. If that were to occur, and the culprit found to be this "poly fuse" issue, there would be more then hell to pay by someone... especially since the distributor has been made aware, and become very obstinate in addressing the problem in a decent fashion. My guess is everyone involved would be liable...
If you're flying Jeti, and disregard the above findings, you're just as culpable and liable as the distributor that is selling the stuff."

They may be covered by the specs on page 27 of the instruction manual? Not sure how that would go down. Either way, it's bad news.
