which motor and prop for HK 3D Yak EPP
Just cant make heads or tails of it? what would be the best motor and prop setup for the HK yak EPP 3d foamie It calls for a 22... 1400 KV any body have any experience so I can purchase the best setup??? HELP!!!! Thank you

looks like it weighs in at 700g. So you want 1500g of thrust. 5g/w is a reasonable expectation, so you want a motor capable of handling 300watts with a 11-12" prop(determined from WS of plane).
4watts per gram of motor is a reasonable expectation so you want a motor that weighs about 75g. To swing a 12" prop at 300w you want a kv of about 1100rpm/v. So there you go, weighs ~75g or 2 1/2 oz and has a kv of 1100. Go with a 12x6 apc prop.
