There are dedicated threads on RC groups where you can find a lot of detail. Short answer is I find the programming somewhat cumbersome in comparison to Spektrum and even Futaba. They seem to provide pretty good service(for no more than I needed). Quality is good.

I have the 12 channel and I love it.very easy to program and I am a computer idiot.I am use to a touch screen and that was a major factor in buying the Grapner and glad I did.Believe it or not after binding the rx to the transmitter I didn't even need to look at the manual to set up my first plane.
The screen is self explained easy to follow. Some said the sticks are lite to the touch and needed the heavier springs I bought them and never installed them I just got use to it.
The only draw back is the screen is hard to see in direct sun light shinning on it.
The radio can do more than I will ever be able to do with it.
I looked at every tx on the market and decided on this one.Rite price on tx and rx's,didn't need more than one rx in the plane was another factor.

I switched from Hitec's Aurora9x to te Graupner 24 pro.
Not as easy as the hitec's programing, but very straightforward
I am happy with the radio and the service,
The 24 pro comes with three receivers and a solid aluminum case.
The radios (top receivers) come with 3 axis flight control system for $120 great value!
And lots of telemetry options too
