Honestly, I've been listening to Obama pretty closely for this campaign cycle, and I don't think there's any sort of a plan in place to do much of anything. I expect basically nothing to change for the next year or so, although if a vacancy opens on the Court he may nominate Oprah, which would be newsworthy.

...that and Barney Frank may re-open the gay prostitution ring that used to operate out of his apartment in Washington, but since it wasn't newsworthy the first time, there's no reason to think it will be newsworthy this time.
