Does anyone have anything on the 3W 240 two banger twins? I think it is 6 x 46 with 6mm bolts like the bigger ZDZs, but I am unsure.

I believe the 240 is the same as the newer 275. I have the 3W 275 and it uses six M6 bolts with a 44mm bolt circle and a 12mm center shaft. Give Bill Hemple a PM or email. He will know for sure.

While I am on here the new GP-176 uses the same prop bolts and pattern as DA-170.

I have an OS GT-55 and BGX-1 3500 and I need a prop drilling jig for them but can't find one on the web. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I may be able to pick one up. OS says to use the the prop washer as a template. Would rather have a true jig!! Oh yea thanks for the valuable information. Is there a new listing for the prop patterns created here?

PTE36R : 4 4 mm bolts on a 26mm BC, maybe someone can verify this. This is the same as DLE30 and the PTE36r is designed to be similar to the DLE.

hello Robert, I need some advice, I just set up a eme 55 drilled a 22a with jig and drillpress, and it is about to shake my plane apart, is there some sort of timing I need to take in consideration with the jig? I've been using vess props for a while, on other planes, this one seems hub heavy. I've sanded, and sanded, I'm afraid I will weaken the prop, what can I do to get it in balance,
