I have B-G jumpers hooked up to my 8 channel spectrum receiver. where do I plug up the ignition kill switch to, to the receiver or to ignition slot on the smartfly? Also, where do I connect plug A and H?

Channels A & H are two of your channels, you can plug them into any of your servo channels, for example throttle and Aux 3. DO NOT PLUG them into battery ports or any port that is not a servo output.

The jumper goes from the channel on your receiver you want to control your ignition to the IG input on the servo rail, this is the Ignition Cutoff control port.

The fiber-optic cable goes to the Fiber-optic receiver. This goes to your ignition batter on one side (Switch/Battery) and to your ignition's power supply on the other side (Ignition).
