Did a quick search and it seems these aren't being made anymore. I could be wrong about that though. People have moved on from the types of battery chemistries that use these to load check them, i.e. nicad and nimh,
AMR RC seems to still have them.

Have you called Fromeco? No idea if they are still producing anything... but for a while they were producing some of their items as special order.....
I've used their 8 Ball checker on Li batteries for years

If you are wanting to load test a lipo pack, one of these across each cell one at a time with a DVM will do just what you wanted. 1 amp load on a nominal 3.7v cell.
