It's just hard to talk myself into moving away from what's been a successful formula in my hobby, great products from an awesome company. Call me a fanboy but I stick with what works.

I've never owned a EF plane. But I'm almost 100% convinced their made in the same factory. I compared my 105 laser next to a EF Edge. You can see a lot of similarities. So go ahead and buy a AJ plane. You won't be disappointed.

Wow lol what a fun topic to read up on, Things I have learned. 1. If I really want something I need to just go ahead and buy it, others may also want what I do, 2. I cant always get what I want, and when I don't its and absolute waste of time to cry about it. and finally 3. Some peoples views on reality are completely screwed, This whole thing is about worthless some times you win some times you lose but you cant expect some one to bend and break to meet your needs when they have a business that lively hood depends on if they held a plane for every DA that called and said hey I want that and wil come get it before Christ returns then they would go out of business the end!

From someone who works at a hobby shop, Extreme Flight didn`t do anything wrong. There are always people calling the shop to hold this, hold that, etc without paying for it. They probably put it aside for a week and assumed you weren't picking it up (like many other customers since you didn't put a deposit down). They can't simply hold stuff off forever, they have to make money to stay in business (which is next to impossible in this day of age). As far as I can tell, you have no excuse but to blame yourself for at least not putting a deposit down. Like people say, first come, first served. As for wanting to know if EF actually held the plane for any period of time for you, that is between you and EF to talk about privately (we really don't care about the results either way since there's already enough drama on FG to begin with). Discussion over.

It always feels better when I get to go flying, and seems to be a great reliever of the pain....................but that's besides the point

They treat me the same way! I have 4 of their planes. And a ton of their hardware. They took my $$$ and all I got was great flying planes that make me smile every weekend.

I consider myself very ......... fortunate to live in a location that I can drive over in a matter of 30 minutes an purchase a airframe from some people that enjoy the hobby as much as me an really know how to build a airframe as well! I have flown and built almost all of them and these people have done their homework. Period...........

I live about 5 miles from their store... if I ask them to hold something, I pay for it, then ask.

Don't complain about EF not holding THEIR inventory for you.... be proud of yourself for calling ahead to see if there were still any available before you drove all the way up here for nothing!
