I like to get a box of 100 single edge razor blades. They are really sharp and a lot cheaper than #11 Exacto blades. Works pretty good for me & the control you have is really good too.

I agree! I go to home depot and get a box of blades for a couple bucks, I throw them away every time they event hint at being dull.

I've had really good luck using a carpet knife from Home Depot. The blades stay sharp forever and they track nice and straight when you cut. I just keep the exacto knife handy for cutting round edges and inside corners.

The carpet knife is only $6.00 and you can get 100 blades for around $15.00 and each blade has four cutting edges so it's like getting 400 blades for $15.00.
