The pre cut aileron servo holes are modified to fit the HS-55 servos. The servos are attached with a drop of #1 Formula. Easy connectors are used on the aileron control horns, the included wires already have z-bendt. These are 3D servo arms avalable from www.servocity.com

The elevator and rudder pushrods are made by sanding CF rods, so the glue will stick better. then attaching a z-bended music wire to one end and a straight wire to the other end. wrap the CF and music wire together withh dental floss and glue with thin CA.

The pushrods are supported in the center by loosly wrapping a Zip-Tye around it and gluing the Zip-Tye to the fuse with #1 Formula.

Now the decals are attached. Checking the CG was easy. There is CG indicators cut into the wings to make getting the CG easy. I will try and get somebody to shoot a video and I will post it at a later time. Final weight was 14.7 oz rtf. My last CR1 flew awsome even after all the repairs, and I am sure this one will be no different.

Here is the final product.

SWEEEEET!

I'm flying one with an e-flite 450, APC 11x4.7, CC25, TP1320

I'm using Velcro to hold on the battery (which has never fell off) and receiver. A little short cut on mounting the servos is using black double sided tape to mount them. It works great and you never get glue on the servos. It also quicker.
