I need some help with this airplane. I need to know where to buy one and also need to know what is the biggest motor I can put in this plane to make it really bust some ass. If anyone is out there that knows about this plane please let me know. I really need this thing to haul the mail.

There is lots of info about this plane on RCGroups. I flew for the first time this weekend a speed 400 racer that an aero engineer friend of mine designed. The old guys at the club were swearing i was doing 200 mph. I think 140ish is more realistic. I am sure our set-up would work for a sokol. We have a Mega16/15/3, 35 amp CC Pheonix, TP 2100 pack. I am already trying to figure how to make it go faster. I don't think we can get a 4 cell pack in it. You might consider the Mega 16/15/2. It has a higher KV and is actually meant for ducted fans.

The Neu motors make the plane go faster I found out. 160mph in a straight line radarred.
