Thats right, the worlds southern most FG foamie has arrived to the deep south of New Zealand.

I will do a sort of build thread on this sucker.Kit contains all of the hardware required for the build. Things needed are a Sharp Knife, Foam safe CA, Hinge Tape, all electronics & a prop.

Right where to start, the kit included a build CD with a video which takes you through every step.

The first picture shows the 2 wing halves glued together with the carbon leading edge glued with contact cement onto one of the wing halves. Next up was to glue the other side of the carbon leading edge. This was repeated on the carbon trailing edge.

The second picture shows one of the aileron installed. The aileron has been pre beveled before taping onto the trailing edge. (the second aileron will be installed after the wing has been mounted to the fuse)

If I get a new job I'm applying for and Flying Giants will give me one I'll take it to Antarctica.

As of now I can take one to within 300 miles of the North Pole... should probably do that one day.

All I know for sure is the weather has been only good for monkeys with brass nuts over that way for the past week. I bet it has been so darn cold the CA would not go off.
