VSNAP I to have had the crank side rod bearing fail on the DLE11cc after only 8 gallons of fuel hope I can get this covered under warranty since this sounds like a manufacturer defect.

Depends who you bought it from. I was dealing directly overseas with a second company testing the product for possibly distributing in connection with a company here. I expected to have problems with warranty, not their explaination though.

If you got it in the U.S. I am sure they will help you with it.
