I am using 2-3000 mah LIFE batteries with a Power Expander Pro.

A few questions regarding setup:

1: Can I eliminate a separate ignition battery with this setup and if so where exactly would I connect the ignition ?

2: I also have a spare RCEXL Opti Kill. How would I connect this unit to the power expander ?

2: I also have a spare RCEXL Opti Kill. How would I connect this unit to the power expander ? The RCEXCEL will have to be modified in order to run off the Rx without a separate battery, there is a thread somewhere here on how to do it. If it were me I would just get a Tech-Aero, plug it into an open channel, and be done with it.

I would be running a tech aero IBec and not the Opti as the bec as i feel the Ibec is a safer and better option, as its designed for the usage as opposed too Modding the opto I know it works but it would give me peace of mind using a proper ibec.
