Someone tell me...
I want to purchase a Quad, Heli,...??? dont know what...for my grandson. He is 5 years old but pretty bright for his age. I want to get him a Q, H,...? but dont know anything about them (yet). What would be the most simple, easiest to fly (indoors) for the youngster. I want him to be able to just fly it around the rec. room. Not concerned about the price, just want the best one for him to fly.

Any suggestions..??

I would suggest the Dromida Ominous. This comes from the folks at Hobbico. I have owned a good number of quads and for entry level this is the one. It's easy to fly, reliable and TOUGH! It can take a hit. I have a video I did a while back and I'm posting one right now featuring the new Dromida Ominous with video camera. You can get parts for this one too.

I agree. The dromida is nice! Easy to fly and darn near indestructible

Wally World sells an inexpensive quad now. Flew one a few days ago...really did fly nice. It can take the crashes well too...don't ask me how I know.

The controller looks like it might be a little difficult for the grandson. Is there a quad that has one control stick that is maybe gyro controlled or something like that, that is really easy to fly? Dont know, just trying to find one that he would be able to fly.

Anyone got any ideas?
