So do we have a poster to email around yet?

No Poster yet, i need a full list of sponsors, start times and a program of events so I can put something together. I'm going to be in wellington for the rest of the week so probably won't get a chance to do anything until the weekend.

Has the field been confirmed by the Council yet?

Sponsors are RC Bandit and Watts Up Hobbies.

Flying times are from 9am onwards on the Saturday and 9am till 4pm on the Sunday

Saturday morning will be Pattern, but with separate flying area for those who still wish to fly but not fly Pattern, and Sunday will be general Fun Flying with informal comps added throughout the day.

Initial response from council is yes, but awaiting it in writing

Right, lets please get organising this. John I (CRFC Pres.) talked to Terry and myself today and gave us the word that we should start organising now as there is no point waiting for a reply from the council till the week before lol.

Just over 2 weeks till it happens. I think with the time restraint we should email the usual competitors and clubs with the basic info at this point (siaerobatics)
Flyer..... How is this going or should we whip another one up?

Realistically we are really only changing the venue from CMAC to Forsyth but we also have prizes

Haven't had any time to do anything on the poster... and won't over the next couple of nights either. If someone else could put something together that would be great, I'm just too busy these days sorry
