A flat file or sandpaper glued to a flat surface will fix it in about 5 minutes. I usually do this to any engine/muffler to ensure a good seal anyway. High temp copper rtv and no gasket and I never have leaky mufflers. |

Yes, it had the small plug version in it before Matt sold it to Joe, without the engine. Now Joe bought the large plug version, and he is not quite finished. I'm just pissed this engine was not available before I sold my EF 78 Extra to Daren, because from what I have seen with Matt's, it runs great.

Wow! Thanks for the photos. It sure seems like the regular plug version would be a close fit in the EF 78. I might have to trim the cowl just enough to keep the plug wire from rubbing, but they surely would not stick out much.
