It was great to see a lot of friends too! (Colton, Mr. Bradley, Al and Kevin Young, Keith and more)

Not so many junk toy booths this year which was good.

The FAA was there which was bad to see. I kindly gave them a piece of my mind which they probably didn't want to hear but... had to do it.

Good show overall is my vote.
Hey there Karl,

The last couple of years I've gone there was just so much 'junk' that I got jaded and bailed on going this year....sounds like I missed an opportunity to see some nice stuff

Then again it probably stopped me from jawboning the FAA reps there.

Hey Bill.
Yeah hitting a female doesn't go over to good. (one was) and it will put another number on the 101 list too. She was there for hazardous materials. Please explain that one??

I think they knew by the color of my ears I was a bit...

Kept it civil with no bad words at least.

I saw pretty good size full body things. Can not say if they were civilian though. They were talking about stuffing them in a fuselage to a customer. We were just walking by so... didn't check them out.

The black, yellow, and white Proteus, was it a show plane or a new plane that came out? If it's a new plane, who is selling it?

It was on static display in the aerobatic plane section by an owner/builder.

Who was that with the BF109, Hawker Hurricane, and Grumman Hellcat? I dig all of those, but didn't see who had them.

You seem to be really worked up by this Curtis! You should make the drive up for Sunday and aske them all the pertinent questions and report back to us. is Extreme flight marking out a convenient location in their schemes for the FAA number? Seems like that would be a good idea.
