My club put two holes in the ground and pipe. We got a smaller piper and wrapped it with foam and you insert it into the ground I think they go in like 4 feet or so. The planes wings rest up against the two pipe. When you are done starting you just pull the pipe out of the ground and there you go. It works for about any gas airplane. What I usually do if I start up by myself is I crank it and then go and old the elevators by standing in front of them. Puts less pressure on the airframe holding it in two positions.
It is an idea for any club!
