Nitro to electric conversion.

I want to build a .40 size Extra 300s it call's for a .40-.51 nitro. My question is what would be the electric equivalent? what size motor , speed controller, and lipo setup should I use?
thanks any info would be helpfull.

Try RC Groups, in the Sportplanes forum. They will be able to give you good advice.

Quick rule of thumb -- Sport flying 100 Watts/Lb.
3D flying 150 Watts/Lb.

Note: your plane will most likely end up a little heavier powered by electric than glow.
