How we build GP 61 and123cc

I start this thread to show you how we build engine,This used to be a secret of engine company,
But I prefer share it with all of pilot!
I hope I can share everything with all of you include our experience ,knowledge ,pic and the problem we has on GP61/123
The engine was almost done now but I will attacth the pic year ago whenwe start design the engine!!
And slowly slowly show you our process!!!




At first we start with drawing!!

We also has 4 cylinder 246cc but .........Let finish 61 and 123 first!

You said the the pics are from a year ago, Are the plugs on the twin going to be in the center or on the side at a angle.

We all know that a plug in the center is best for HP performance but a lot of people like the plug at a angle so they might fit better in there cowl.

We put the plug in center.....I don't think there are much people has problem on fit spark into cowl on 35% plane....(my opinion....)

My Fault....The front case of 123 on should use for 246 4 cylinder!!
I will put the sensor on the top of case not like drawing locate in side of case

That 246 will be a huge hit I bet.

I'm interested in the 61. I hear the 176 is good, so hopefully the 61 is just as good.

If the 61 is as good as the 88, it will be a powerfull and smooth engine. I really like my 88.
And I am waiting for my 176 as well.

Last time when I design the flang and reed value for 88/176 we has some interfere problem....
So ths time I double cheak this section make sure it has no problem!
