3DHS 330LT 108"... "Its got enuff batt. For one more flight" took off.. Everything went into failsafe and i watched it go in the woods! Maiden day out... Needless to day i check all my batts. Now! Lol

Yikes....nothing worse than toasting a nearly new airframe. Well, except for toasting a "friends" nearly new airframe. Ask me how I know.

Sidenote: I did get it repaired and can hardly tell it was hurt. Ready to fly again. Does this help subdue the sting? Ummm, not so much. It still happened. LOL

I was told blue loctite was applied but don't know for certain. I do know that the pushrod was not attached to the control horn but the screw was still in the ball link and the control horn still attached to the elevator. Locknuts for the next build obviously.
