Alerting potential buyers of problems/discrepancies dilema
Hey gang. Thought I'd throw this dilema out there and see what you guys think. Found someone here on FG with an item for sale, claiming X number of cycles/flights on the item. Did some research and found the seller had just purchased the same item 2 weeks prior from someone claiming more than double the number of cycles/flights. He admitted to me that this was the same item. Am I wrong to want to notify any potential buyers I see posting interest in the current sellers post of this discrepancy? I don''t want to play cypercop, but I just have a real problem with dishonesty. This hobby has a lot of really good people, but it only takes one to spoil the bunch. What are your opinions on this?

Honesty is always the best policy. Obviously He bought the item to flip, and tried to make it more enticing. I say out the Bugger....

Don't think he bought to flip cause he's selling for less than purchased.

If he's reselling so soon and for less, that sounds to me like he found something wrong with it and is just trying to get out of it. Jmo

Explain what honesty means, insist he change his ad immediately and if that fails,
out him all the way!! |

Thread is useless if you're not going to out the guy
If you think he is knowingly lying,, out him,,, if you think it's a honest mistake,, let it go |
