I would build a new club field Zoned "Permanent". It would be an RC aircarft "Country Club" Fully staffed aircraft motif restaurant and, an RC hobby store stocked with 27 to 52% aircraft, engines, jets, turbines etc... Paved 1000ft runway. Ok, Back to reality!

I would put 50% of the money into investments...
Buy a nice compound for the family with a guest house with its own RC workshop.. incase a friend wanted to come over and build for a month or two. Behind the house down the "Golf cart only" road would be my version of Triple Tree....

Then I would buy every plane I have ever wanted, and a few I didn't...

AND then the most important thing I would make another HIGH YEILD INVESTMENT...

I'd order 100,000 of each Flying giants DVD, and 100,000 FlyingGiants shirts and hats...
