Finally got my skyraider. Was going through the kit and found a bunch of ali plates. Can't find any reference to them in the manual. Anyone know what they're for?

Same here, just picked mine up today
it looks like the spot where the retracts mount is much wider than previous pictures (and what the manual shows)
im assuming they are for the retracts?

the wood rails? im pointing to here are not on my wing
